Shipping Policy

To place an order, you will need to fill in the required billing and shipping information and complete the transaction on the website. This may or may not be assisted with a phone call from our customer service representative.

We will arrange for the products to be shipped to you. Purchases are shipped from our own warehouses/stores in India. We endeavor to get the products delivered to you within 2–10 business days from the date of receipt of the order, depending on the delivery address.

Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments. Title and risk of loss or damage transfer to you upon delivery of the products.

Order deliveries will be made by third-party courier and logistics companies or postal services, usually between 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday – Sunday.

Goods may need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed for by an alternative person other than the person who ordered the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.

We are not responsible for damage to products after delivery if the package has already been opened by you.

Shortage or Damage Claims

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to our customer care cell/service department on the day of delivery through the “Contact Us” page/section on the website.

Additionally, any shortage of goods must be highlighted and signed on the copy of the proof of delivery and returned to the delivery person.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Shipping and handling rates may vary depending on the product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The applicable shipping and handling charges are disclosed at the time of checkout, allowing customers to review them before confirming their order.
